AMAC has as its goal the religious and spiritual awakening, the growth and well being of all Armenians; so that they may stand firmly in the faith of their forefathers, devoting themselves to the support of the Christian Missions among Armenians in general and the Armenian Evangelical Church in particular.

To this end, AMAC has adopted the following purposes:

1. To act as the missionary arm (agency) of the Canadian Armenian Evangelical community for missionary interests around the world.
2. To encourage educational and philanthropic work.
3. To promote fellowship among the Armenians throughout the world, and assist      financially and morally in developing their interests.
4. To solicit financial assistance from the public for the achievement of its projects.

The following are some of the ongoing projects of the Association:

• Childcare in Syria, Lebanon (tuition fees), Armenia and Artsakh (financial assistance).
• Yeprem and Zabel Basmadjian Kindergarten in Askeran, Artsakh.
• Old age homes in Aleppo and Beirut.
• Weeklong Summer Camps in Armenia and the United States.
• Armenian Children’s Milk Fund.
• Christmas joy package gifts to families in Armenia and Artsakh.
• Natural disasters relief around the world.
