On Sunday, May 14, 2023, Harout Nercessian, AMAA Representative in Canada, along with Raffi Shnorhokian, President of the Armenian Missionary Association of Canada (AMAC), were welcomed at the First Armenian Evangelical Church of Montreal, Canada, for AMAA Sunday.
During the Worship Service, Mr. Shnorhokian read the Bible Passage from Isaiah 6 and Mr. Nercessian gave the message on “The Chain of Blessings.” He referred to Isaiah 6 and several other Bible passages highlighting God’s strategy of blessing individual Christians with the desire and expectation that they pass on the blessings to others.
Following the sermon, Mr. Nercessian with a PowerPoint presented AMAA’s mission in Armenia, the Middle East and other countries. He concluded the presentation with a call for people to engage with the AMAC through prayer, volunteering and financial support. During the fellowship hour, many approached AMAC table asking questions, taking informative brochures, sponsoring children and donating to various AMAA Programs.
