Armenian Missionary Association of Canada (AMAC) is delighted to inform its friends that it has received two Mercedes Sprinter mini-buses thanks to the generosity of Honorary Consul of the Republic of Armenia in Toronto, Armenian Canadian philanthropist, Mr. Varoujan Lapoyan, and Mr. Raffi Tokmakjian, President of Tok Group.
Mr. Tokmakjian is a distinguished Canadian-Armenian entrepreneur. Mr. Lapoyan is a respected Armenian entrepreneur and community leader based in Toronto. Armenia and Artsakh have always been at the center of their attention and they have spared no effort for the development of Armenia and Artsakh.
The two luxury minibuses are on their way to Armenia for the use of the Armenian Missionary Association of America (AMAA). One of the vehicles will serve the students of Khoren and Shooshanig Avedisian School and the other one will be used by the AMAA to serve the needs of Artsakh evacuees in Armenia.
AMAC expresses its heartfelt gratitude to Mr. Lapoyan and Mr. Tokmakjian for their caring hearts and to Mr. Khoren Mardoyan for his tireless efforts in coordinating this initiative. It must be noted that since the start of the Artsakh war of September 27, Mr. Mardoyan has worked relentlessly for the people of Artsakh.
